I take
Whey creatine omega 3 caps.
I dont think i need anything else TBH.

Whey - MyProtein (probably the tastiest I've had) Creatine - again from MP Multivitamin with cod liver oil
If I've had a particularly hard session, I'll take some extra BCAA (branched chain amino acid). But it tastes horrible and I'm not sure that it 'works', to be honest.

A multi-vitamin because I'm not as good as I should be at eating fruit and veg. Cod liver oil capsules to mitigate the creaking of my ageing joints. It's been quite helpful for my shoulder that has had a touch of arthritis since I was 18.

Vit C, ZMA, cod liver oil and, as of tomorrow, back on the creatine and whey/soya protein.

I just take feroglobin for iron levels and b vits because Im a vegetablarian.
Im considering taking a calcium suplement too.

I have some creatine from boditronics that I've not used. Is boditronics a decent brand and does that stuff go out of date?
I have a protein shake after a good training session and am going to start taking cod liver oil again but not in capsule form, from the bottle. I've taken glucosamine/chondroitin in the past, again when training well.
Spirulina. What's that for Lucy? I haven't heard of it before.

Just a zinc tablet now and again coz it's difficult to get in a vegan diet without the eating of TONS of seeds *yawn*
