I have some creatine from boditronics that I've not used. Is boditronics a decent brand and does that stuff go out of date? I have a protein shake after a good training session and am going to start taking cod liver oil again but not in capsule form, from the bottle. I've taken glucosamine/chondroitin in the past, again when training well. Spirulina. What's that for Lucy? I haven't heard of it before. Creatine monohydrate, doesnt really matter where it comes from pete.

If you're good about eating all the right things in a varied and balanced diet, it's not at all necessary. In practice, of course, very few of us do that. A daily multivitamin is unlikely to do any harm, and may do some good.

Cheers Mav. Pam. I really am hardcore. I don't wash it down with anything afterwards either. I smell like a cat azaleas a result though I used to take the capsules but after talking to someone recently (man up the pub) I decided that I may as well take it from the bottle rather than the gelatin capsule with a reduced amount (man up the pub saiix there's a reduced amount in capsules)

Spirulina is green algae. It's what the fish eat to get their omegas and is high in iron. It tastes just what you would expect algae to taste like, but it makes you feel good.
And Tony Stark drinks it as it aid with oxygenating the blood, what with him having a metal heart and all.

Spirulina has it all. Not sure about the price of it though. That could put me off a bit. I might have to buy some just to try it at some point though.

Just multivits with iron and some additional zinc. Used to take Creatine and it's bloody good stuff and I'd be using it now if it did not screw up my blood tests. For two years I thought I was suffering from stage 3 kidney failure.
