Hello all, I'm returning from injury, and thought it would be useful to have some short term goals, which will hopefully help me get back into the swing of thing:
1 mile - target - 7:45 5k - target - 27:00 5 mile - target - 45:00 10k - target - 56:30
Longer term goals are to get back up to half marathon distance for the Silverstone half in March, and hopefully a triathlon later on in the year.
