I've lost mine too. Although, I am trying to justify for needing to rest for this Sunday's 10k. Don't want to injure myself again. Might go for a quick jog on Wednesday. The clocks going back isn't helping.

I was then half term got in the way, but I did go out last night at 7pm after a long day instead of eating pizza with everyone else and came back and had scrambled egg and salad, so felt quite good, enjoying the short runs more than slower long runs at the moment, but will attempt a 4 miler on sunday.

Would it help you if you have a race to look forward to? I find this helps me.

Not much around until feb or may, the feb one iv done 3 times and bored of the same mug every time so think I will leave it till may as i have done it before but at least you get a medal, can't do the santa runs as they all require you to raise money and I'm all out of people to ask after the last two years doing major sponsored events, will keep plugging away better short runs regularly than longer ones less often at the moment i think.
