How about we have, starting in the new year and running for 3 months (arbitary figure) a Sportist Olympics. Basically, there will be lots of disciplines, weighted slightly differently in terms of points. We'll have a leaderboard and whatnot. If it takes off, then I'll arrange for a trophy to be made and posted to the winner. So, a list of events... - Marathon
- Half Marathon
- 10 Mile
- 10K
- 5K
- Any other race that has published results
- 400m
- 100m
- Any Sprint Triathlon
- Any Duathlon
- Skips in a minute
- Sit-ups in a minute
- Press-ups in a minute
- Squats in a minute
- Bench Press (3 lifts)
- Clean and Press (2 lifts)
- Back Squat (3 lifts)
- Rowing machine distance in 20 minutes (level 10)
- Rowing machine 2000m (level 10)
- Static Bike distance on flat no resistance in 20 minutes
- Static Bike on flat 5k no resistance time trial
- Training Sessions (gym, running, club stuff, cycling, etc)
- Treadmill on flat distance in 20 minutes
- Treadmill 2km time trial on flat
- 200m swimming
- 50m swimming
- Weight Loss (in KGs)
Also, any other items that we think we might be able to do?
