Hello fellow fish ;D I thought I'd start a thread for those of us that swim with a Tri Club so we can compare sessions and exchange tips/idea's. Tonight it was quiet with the kids out doing Halloween things so we went in to the big pool, we usually swim in the basin which is 18m rather than the standard 25m pool. What a great session including kick only drills, paddle drills and high elbow drills, then we moved on to 2 steady, 2 fast, 3 steady, 3 fast, 4 steady, 4 fast then back down again. I really tried to work on bi-lateral breathing and my stroke tonight and our coach actually stopped me to say how good my hand entrance in to the water was tonight, she said my stroke had improved loads and I was also moved up to the next group. I'm one happy Ninja tonight
