Nightmare!
I've been sporting along nicely. getting used to a good routine of running, swimming, lifting weights and kung fu and then half term hits.
FAIL.
All spinning plates have come crashing down to a halt. I'm annoyed with myself for being so easily derailed, but it's impossible to keep a routine going with small people not only present but needing a spontaneous taxi service.
Well, at least it's just for this week, then sportism can resume as normal.

This is your week of rest... sportist wise. You'll be revitalised for next week.

Half term doesn't affect my running as I run in the evening, but has affected cycling to the stables and riding the horse, both of which I count as exercise, even if it doesn't count as serious exercise!

Personally, I love half-term as I'm a teacher and my kids have flown the nest
