As the title says a training plan to get from a steady 5 mile currently being run at @ 8:30 ish per mile to an eventual goal of getting to the HM stage. The furthest I have run to date is 18k which was a while back as I generally do 5k & 10k distances. Heres the data for the last LSR connect.garmin.com/activity/185479946
