There might be a more appropriate forum for this; as it's not weight loss. Mods, feel free to move.
Short of stuffing my face all day, is there a way to maintain weight whilst running? I don't run overly far each week. 5k on a Monday, maybe a little bit more on a Thursday and Saturday.
I'm wheat intolerant and have to restrict my fruit intake to my stomach issues.

Are you losing weight??
Try adding 300 extra calories a day to your diet(an extra meal or snack) or just have some extra carbs with your meals and see if that stops the loss

Biscuits seem to do the job for me (a bit too well).

Not sure. It really depends on what I'm doing.

Not sure. It really depends on what I'm doing. The only way to control your weight is to find out what you are eating daily, and then add/subtract calories as needed. take a look at www.myfitnesspal.com/

I checked mine back in April/May when I lost almost half a stone after a few short jogs with one of those online diary things, can't remember which one though. It allowed me to pick each item and had the calorie intake for everything I ate within the day and it amounted to 4000 calories.
