This is a thread for people to set others challenges. You simply ask someone to set you a challenge; like we did on the dark side.
Keep them realistic please!
I will start: Next weekend, I have the Plymouth 10k coming up. PB is 1:18:38. Can someone set me a time to beat please?

How about trying to get a sub 1:18:30 ? That may give you some motivation ?

I'm challenging myself to try and run 4 miles at 9:00 per mile at lunchtime. Hopefully my little legs will work

Do it at 8:59/mile pace. It always looks better when it starts with a lower number

At my next gym session, I am going to do the following at the end of it...
Static bike, no resistance, 5k. I *think* this should take me about 12 minutes. But I can't be quite sure. Anyone care to challenge me to an actual time?
