I'll keep an eye out for you. I'll have two dogs with me so if you want some help with pacing just hang some sausages out the back of your shorts.

It was a good morning supporting you all from the sidelines. I'm looking forward to reading the reports One thing that wasn't so good today was watching 2 men run for the finish line in a sprint off when one of them realised that he wasn't going to beat the other he decided to deliberately elbow him in the ribs The poor bloke has just run 6.2 miles and you think it's ok to give him a thwack because he's a stride ahead. I think he should be banned for life and sentenced in his absence to do a long stretch in the sin bin.
