This year has been a disaster in terms of health, training and stressful shit. This has resulted in extra poundage on my frame and I'm not happy with it. I'm not overweight but I am bigger than I'm used to being and I'm not a fan. Time to get back in shape! I will record the trials and the tribulations here  |

Am currently cramming the puppies in there with a rather tragic quadruple boob effect - there is no sadder sight than a four-boobed lady. |

Progress so far: I haven't weighed myself again. I'm only going to do that once a month otherwise I will drive myself insane with it. That said, I can definitely see a difference in my body so things are going in the right direction (my chest is still one giant wall of tit though ) I've been pretty consistent with training and eating cleanly except for pre-determined treat days. The one thing that I haven't cracked down on is alcohol. I've been having a couple of drinks several times a week. Empty bloaty calories of doom! However once I'm training a bit harder the urge to drink usually diminishes so I'm not stressing about it just yet. |

I am currently rocking the four boob. I got some cheap crop top thingies and wear them over the bra to try and blur the line. It works, and I feel mega supported.
