In the Summer I set myself the goal of losing 52lbs to get down to a weight that I was when I was in my 20s and I want to be fit & fab at 40 (which happens in Feb).
Have currently lost 13lbs and have 39lbs to go! Which means I have to lose about 2lbs a week (do-able).
I have put myself on a kind of detox diet (which I only break on friday and saturday nights to have a couple of alcoholic beverages) and so far - so good (touch wood).
Wish me luck...... ;D
