I have much work to do.
10k - sub 45
No race as yet planned but there are loads of local ones throughout the summer.

I am off out again tomorrow night, but I am running them slowly, I am just interested in mileage at the moment, I will pick up the speed work when the schedule starts. I will use a Bob Glover HM schedule as a rule of thumb and just shift some of the runs to suit myself. I am scanning in the marathon section for a friend in work tomorrow, if you like I will do the HM section and send it to you or try and upload it here somewhere.

Jelly - you're a fast runner, I remember. I'm sure you'll achieve your goals and look forward to hearing about your progress on here.
Actually, you've made me feel a bit better about my own training as I have also lost speed; I'm just concentrating on getting the miles in and will then focus on improving pace once I actually start marathon training properly after Christmas.

Absolutely Jayne, you don't want to peak too soon and tire the body.

Running has been a bit buggered this last week or so, I have been on holiday this week and mostly full of cold and low on energy, I ran Tuesday evening which went ok but wasn't really up for it, I left running last night, but I am feeling alot better now, so will go and do a short run tomorrow morning. I am getting my groove back on next week! I HAVE TO!
