well i'm very very slowly getting back into the running after a very long break, for the last 3 weeks I have made it out the door at least twice a week, at the moment they are only between 2 and 3 miles but trying to ease back into it slowly as don't fancy going mad and getting an injury. So anyone else been struggling to run lately, if I can find time to get out then so can you
