Here goes tis my time to make a fool of messen again......What sort of exercises would advisable that would be of benefit running and cycling wise to perhaps improve overall fitness and stamina but first things first these need to be do-able at home as I don't do gym's never have and don't intend to. I also have to take note of dodgy elbows and a poor grip only just passed a HAVS test a few months back with the skin of my teeth also would you be so shibby as to say why and how each exercise would be of benefit

Thanks Martin, will give some of those a try. Currently doing 3 x 25 sit ups and 3 x 50 Toe crunches on alternate days. Think I should be perhaps doing more but never seems enough time during the day.
