As the title says... I dont really run to a plan just try to do what I feel like as and when. My last 3 weeks are as follows 11 miles, 11 miles and this week up to now 18 miles and I still have the Park run which is another 3 on saturday which will take it to 21 miles. I know the bulk of it from this week has been alot slower than I normally run the shorter distances and just wondered if the more experienced runners on here would so kind to stick there 2p's worth in

Is it not supposed to be 10% a week?

It depends on how much mileage you've done in the past - going from 11 to 21 is a big jump if your 'normal week' was in the 10-12 mile range, but it wouldn't be a big deal if you're used to running 25 miles or more in seven days. The slower pace will help, though - means that the overall effort isn't as much as double what you've used in previous weeks.
The big test is how you feel after Parkrun on Saturday - if your legs feel OK on Sunday/Monday/Tuesday, you'll probably be OK. If you feel sore or tweaky, you were probably pushing it a bit too much.
(The 10% rule (where you increase your mileage by no more than 10% per week, and ideally have a step-back week every third or fourth week, where you drop your mileage down by a quarter or a third) is a pretty good guideline to use when you're building up your mileage, particularly if you're not used to running that far.)

Thanks Martin I will see how I feel after Saturday I hope its not going to be a quick park run tbh as next week I should be running on Mon (3m), Wed (slow 5m), Fri (3m) Sun (5m or maybe a 10k instead depending how I feel).

Last weeks total mileage after the Park run was 24 miles and the legs feel fine but I will probably cut down a bit this week tonights steady jog will be around 5 miles another run planned for Wednesday but not sure as yet what but it may be a slower longer one and then have two days rest as my last running will be done on the Saturday Park run seems as I enjoyed it.

Yeay, new parkrun buddy I will hopefully make it this week however I do have a track session on Friday which is a pyramid session so if my legs are like jelly afterwards I may not make it. If you really wanted to be a glutton for punishment there is the very first Charity Locke Park 10k on Sunday... Its a bigger loop than the parkrun but I think it is still about 4 laps - not sure if I fancy it!!! www.teamactiv.org/community/events/locke-park-10k-charity-charge
