It's like Peter Kay says, 'How fast could you run in your slippers when you were a kid??' I feel so much lighter and faster without shoes on
That well known exponent of barefoot running! ;D
I'm now up to 15 minutes (done as part of a longer run on Saturday) and wondering whether it would be completely mental to do a whole run in bare feet. (I normally wait until I'm quite a way away from my house (and houses in general) before removing my shoes).
I can't decide what looks most odd. Running in bare feet carrying your shoes in your hands, or running in bare feet with no sign of shoes about your person at all!
