I still haven't tried this, and I haven't done any pressups for a good while either. I think I'm on the verge of a shoulder injury from my new found swimming activities.

Oooh, I used to be really good at this, but I haven't done it for ages. I'll have a go in a mo, and report back.......

I had to drop due to my shoulders, my core was fine. I did quite a bit of work with my dumbells last night, and my shoulders are shagged.

I do lots of leg lifts on my pull-up bar, so my tummy is still quite strong. I used to do around 4 mins.

Just found out I was doing them wrong! i thought you had to keep arms straight like the top of a press up but youtube vid confirmed you bend your arms... is that right? so scrub my time (not that I've been added anyway :-p).... current best time is now 47 seconds... they're much harder this way!

I tried to do some planking on the floor of my office today, but there's a dead mouse under the floorboards and the smell was just too much.
