Yesterday I ate well/badly!
Lunch: inari sushi, veg gyoza and vegetable ramen with a glass of plum wine. Dinner: Stuffed crust pizza topped with green peppers, sweetcorn and black olives followed by a slice of chocolate fudge cake washed down by lovely mead.
Today I bulge.

Sausage casserole - thrown together by my own fair hands and inexpertly cooked in the slow cooker. It's fed me for 3 days and I want a change of meal!

. It's fed me for 3 days and I want a change of meal! Reminds me far too much of being a student. Gluten free pasta and mince meat with parmesan.
